Bonafide Provisions started out of the need for a Bone Broth that met my standards. As a clinical nutritionist, I considered and chose every ingredient with care. Together with my provisions husband Reb, a professionally-trained chef, we obsessed over our preparation method to create a bone broth that most closely mirrors the broth of our ancestors. Preparation & Usage

Heat. Drink. Repeat. Sip our broth straight—it's delicious on its own—or cook with it to make recipes extra rich and savory. 1. Defrost in the fridge overnight, or quick- thaw by placing frozen bag in a bowl of warm water. 2. Heat to a simmer in a small saucepan. Cool to taste. 3. Enjoy sip on its own or use in any savory recipes that call for liquid.
