Avocado Rainbow Wrap

Ingredients
1 Avocados From Mexico, sliced or mashed (green)
4 (10-inch) tortillas (sundried tomato or spinach)
1/4 cup hummus (flavored)
2 medium tomatoes, chopped (red)
1 sweet bell pepper, thin strips (red)
1 cup carrots, shredded (orange)
1 cup red cabbage, shredded (purple)
1 cup sprouts or herb lettuce blend (green)
Directions
1. To assemble: Spread hummus on each tortilla.
2. Layer each sandwich with avocado, shredded carrots, cabbage, herb or lettuce blend.
3. Tightly roll tortilla into a wrap and serve.
Customize your sandwich by adding your favorite toppings. Optional: cheese (sliced); shredded chicken; deli sliced lunchmeat; and serve with tahini or salad dressing.
