Ingredients
2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon lime zest
1 container (8 ounces) whole milk yogurt
honey, to add to yogurt
8 wooden craft sticks
Directions

1. In blender, purée avocados, sugar, lime juice and lime zest until smooth. Makes about 2 cups

 

2. Divide avocado mixture into 8 (3-ounce) ice pop molds; top with yogurt. Insert sticks into molds; swirl lightly and freeze at least 5 hours or up to overnight.

 

3. Run molds under warm water for 10 seconds to release pops. Makes 8 pops
