
1. Cook bacon according to package directions; cool and crumble.
2. In large bowl, toss together flour, white cheddar cheese and Colby-jack cheese.
3. In medium saucepan, heat cream cheese and beer over medium-low heat, whisking constantly until cream cheese is melted.
4.Gradually add cheddar cheese mixture, stirring until smooth.
5. Stir in bacon and remaining ingredients and cook 5 minutes.
6.Serve with toasted bread ( your preference of bread ).
