1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Cilantro & Lime Jasmine Rice
1/2 cup cooked black beans
1/2 cup mango, chopped
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 green onion, sliced
3 tbs prepared vinaigrette
Directions

Heat rice according to package directions. Cool slightly. In a medium bowl combine black beans, mango, tomatoes, green onion and vinaigrette. Fold in rice.
