1. Preheat oven to 350°; spray 6-inch cast-iron or oven-safe skillet with cooking spray. In large bowl, whisk flour, 3 tablespoons sweetener, cocoa powder, baking soda and 1/8 teaspoon salt. In separate large bowl, whisk melted chocolate, yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/2 cup water. Whisk in flour mixture; fold in walnuts. Pour batter into prepared skillet; bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with a few crumbs. Cool brownie completely in skillet on wire rack
2. In large bowl, with mixer on low speed, beat cream, remaining 1 tablespoon sweetener and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 minutes; increase speed to medium-high and beat 3 minutes or until medium-firm peaks form. Makes about 1/2 cup
3. Serve brownie skillet topped with banana, ice cream and whipped cream garnished with walnuts, if desired. Makes 1 extra large brownie sundae
