Carando Italian Meatball Picnic Salad

Ingredients
1 pkg - Carando Abruzzese meatballs
1 16oz. Box - Bow-tie pasta
½ cup - Mayonnaise
1 tbsp. - Red wine vinegar
1 cup - Sweet peas
1 whole - Cucumber, diced
1 whole - Red bell pepper, diced
1 whole - Yellow bell pepper, diced
1/2 whole - Red onion, diced
1 cup - Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
½ cup - Black olives, preferably niçoise
1 cup - Fresh mozzarella, cut in cubes
1 whole - Sprig basil, chopped
4 tbsp - Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
1. Cook the meatballs according to package directions. Set aside to cool.
2. Cook bow-tie pasta according to package directions. Spread in shallow dish and set aside to cool.
3. Add the pasta, meatballs, raw vegetables, olives, mozzarella, basil, and extra virgin olive oil to the bowl. Mix together and add additional salt and pepper as needed. Enjoy!
