Classic Fish Tacos with Avocado Sauce

Ingredients
2 Gorton’s Fish Sticks
1 corn tortilla
1/4 cup lettuce
2 tbsp black beans
1 tbsp queso fresco
1 tbsp pickled red onion
2 tbsp avocado cream (equal parts of sour cream and smashed avocado)
Sour Cream ( for avocado cream )
Directions
1. Add lettuce, and black beans to the corn tortilla.
2. Prepare Gorton’s Fish Sticks according to package directions.
3. Add 2 fish sticks on top of the lettuce and beans.
4. Top with crumbled queso fresco and red onion.
5. Drizzle with avocado cream
