
1. Cook Double Chocolate Muffins according to package directions. Once cooled, crumble the muffins with a fork or your hands. Mix in the frosting using either a small hand mixer or a spoon, until combined.
2. Form muffin mixture into small rounded balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until melted.
4. Dip one end of a cake pop stick into the melted chocolate and then insert it into the chilled cake ball. Repeat with all the cake balls.
5. Place in the freezer again for 20 minutes.
6. Dip the chilled cake ball into the melted chocolate coating to completely cover. Sprinkle with sprinkles if desired, then place in Styrofoam or back on baking sheet to harden for about an hour. Enjoy!
