Ingredients
1 package (1 pound) Smithfield Bacon
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1 can (20 oz) DOLE® Pineapple Chunks, drained
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a cookie sheet with foil and place a baking rack on top.

 

2. Cut each bacon slices into thirds.

 

3. Stir together sugar and chile powder in medium bowl. Lightly toss pineapple chunks in sugar mixture to coat.

 

4. Wrap each pineapple chunk with one piece of bacon Place seam side down on baking rack.

 

5. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until desired crispness.
