Steak with Gorgonzola and Marinara

Ingredients
2 Strip Steaks, about 12 oz. each
1 tbs Olive Oil
10 oz 1 package Baby Spinach
2 cups Victoria® Marinara Sauce, heated
4 oz gorgonzola or blue cheese, crumbled
Directions
1. Season steak with salt and pepper. Grill or broil to desired doneness.
2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet. Add spinach and cook 4 minutes or just until wilted.
3. To serve, spoon sauce onto platter, top with spinach, steak and gorgonzola.
