Ingredients
12-16 Bowl & Basket corn tortillas
1 lb Bowl & Basket large raw shrimp, thawed
1 tbsp Bowl & Basket Chili Lime seasoning
Vegetable oil, for frying the tostada shells
Guacamole
Pico de gallo
Cotija cheese for serving
Directions
  1. To make tostada shells: heat 1 inch of oil in a heavy bottomed saucepan until hot, then fry tortillas in batches until crispy, about 1-2 minutes. Remove to a paper towel-lined rack to drain while you cook the shrimp.
  2. Pat the shrimp dry and toss with chili lime seasoning.
  3. In a large skillet heat 1-2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat, then cook shrimp until opaque, approximately 2 minutes per side.
  4. Assemble a tostada by topping a tostada shell with guacamole, pico de gallo, cooked shrimp and cotija cheese. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve!
