Tiger Sushi Egg Roll

1 cup of Bowl & Basket Enriched Long Grain Rice
2 tbsp of cornstarch
2 Bowl & Basket Large White Eggs
1 sheet of nori
1 slice of Bowl & Basket Sliced White Provolone Natural Cheese
1 slice of Bowl & Basket Sliced MIld Cheddar Natural Cheese
1 small cherry tomato
Black sesame seeds
Directions
- Mix in 2 tbsps of cornstarch into 1 cup of Bowl & Basket enriched long grain rice to help make rice stickier. Let cook.
- Once done, take a large sheet of nori and spread a thin layer of rice.
- Then in a small bowl whisk 2 Bowl & Basket large white eggs (season to liking).
- Heat up a square pan on light-med heat. Pour egg mixture and when about 80% cooked, use a spatula and start to roll egg.
- Place egg on top of the rice and nori. Then roll all together.
- Slice into even pieces about ½” thickness.
- For tiger face. Mouth: Use the small part of piping tip to cut out little circles from a slice of Bowl & Basket sliced white provolone natural cheese. Slice a tiny part of the cherry tomato for the mouth. Ears: Use the larger part of piping tip to create ears from slice of Bowl & Basket sliced mild cheddar natural cheese. Stripes and nose: Use scissors to create tiger stripes from nori. Eyes: Use 2 pieces of black sesame seed. Combine all the little pieces together to create the tiger!
