Ingredients
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon bowl & basketâ„¢ Granulated Sugar
1/2 tablespoon bowl & basketâ„¢ Salt
1 cup shredded green cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 1/2 pounds 85% lean ground beef
1/2 cup bowl & basketâ„¢ Korean Barbecue Sauce
bowl & basketâ„¢ Grilled Cooking Spray

Directions
  1. Preheat outdoor flat-top grill over medium heat. In small bowl, whisk vinegar, oil, sugar and salt. Add cabbage, carrots, cucumber, red onion and green onions; toss and let stand 20 minutes.
  2. In large bowl, gently mix ground beef and sauce until combined (do not overmix); form into 12 patties and spray with cooking spray. Place patties on hot grill top; cover and cook 6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°, turning once. During last minute of cooking, place buns, cut side down, on hot grill top; cover and cook 1 minute or until toasted.
  3. Serve patties in buns topped with slaw. Makes 12 sliders.

Chef Tip(s): To cook burgers on a grill: Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat. Place patties on hot grill rack; cover and cook 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°, turning once. During last minute of cooking, place buns, cut side down, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 1 minute or until toasted.
