Ingredients
2 8 oz packages Bowl & Basket onion chive cream cheese, softened to room temp
2 4 oz packages Bowl & Basket garlic and herb goat cheese, softened to room temp
1 8 oz package Bowl & Basket shredded white cheddar cheese
salt
pepper
1-2 cups Bowl & Basket chopped pecans
2 Bowl & Basket pecan halves
1 Bowl & Basket pretzel rod
1-2 tbsp melted chocolate
1 Candy corn
2 Candy eyeballs
1 package Bowl & Basket pretzel sticks
2-3 packages Bowl & Basket specialty entertainment crackers, for serving
Directions
  1. Stir or beat together the cream cheese, goat cheese and cheddar cheese until well mixed, adding salt and pepper if desired to taste. Shape roughly into a ball and place in the refrigerator to set up for 10 minutes.
  2. Spread chopped pecans out on a cookie sheet, then remove the cheeseball from the fridge and roll in the pecans until completely covered. Return to the fridge while you make the turkey’s face.
  3. To make the turkey’s face, take one pretzel rod and dip it 1 inch into the melted chocolate and let excess drip off. Arrange 2 candy eyeballs and one candy corn to make the face, orienting the candy corn point facing downwards. Set aside for chocolate to cool/harden.
  4. When ready to serve, remove the cheeseball from the fridge and place in the center of a cutting board or serving platter. Arrange entertainment crackers behind the turkey’s “body” as more feathers and then place the pretzel sticks in the back to add to its feathers.
  5. Place two pecan halves in front of the cheeseball for the turkey’s “feet” then gently insert the pretzel rod with the turkey’s face on it into the front center of the cheeseball.
