Ingredients
1 jar Barilla® Rustic Basil Pesto
1 baguette, halved
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 heirloom tomatoes, sliced thin
1½ cups arugula
2 cups fresh Mozzarella (one 8-oz ball)
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F. Drizzle baguette with olive oil and place in the oven to toast for 4-5 min.
  2. Spread pesto on top and bottom of baguette. Arrange the bottom of baguette with tomatoes, arugula, mozzarella, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Cover with top of baguette. Cut into four equal sandwiches.
